Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you purchase and use PPH Autopilot. Written to be as clear and direct as possible.
- PPH Autopilot is a one-off £29 payment for lifetime access, no subscription, no recurring charge.
- This is a business-to-business (B2B) purchase. You’re buying as a freelancer or business for use in your trade, not as a consumer.
- All sales are final. Once access is granted, no refunds are issued.
- You’re responsible for how you use it, including the accuracy of your bids and your compliance with PeoplePerHour’s own terms.
- You need your own AI provider account (ChatGPT or Claude), separate usage costs apply and are paid directly to that provider.
- The extension is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results like winning jobs.
- Don’t use it to spam, mislead clients, or break PeoplePerHour’s rules, doing so is solely your responsibility and risk.

1. Agreement to these terms
By purchasing, installing, or using PPH Autopilot (the “extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t purchase or use the extension. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.
2. Business-to-business transaction
PPH Autopilot is sold exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) product. By purchasing the extension, you confirm and warrant that you are doing so as a freelancer, sole trader, or business, wholly or mainly for the purposes of your trade, business, craft, or profession, and not as a consumer for personal, family, or household purposes.
This is a fundamental basis on which the extension is offered at its current price. Statutory rights, remedies, and protections that apply specifically to consumer contracts (including, where applicable in your jurisdiction, consumer cancellation and cooling-off rights) do not apply to this purchase. These terms, not consumer protection legislation, govern the transaction between us.
3. Licence to use the extension
When you purchase PPH Autopilot, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension for your own freelance bidding activity on PeoplePerHour. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or reverse engineer the extension, or attempt to extract its underlying code, without our prior written permission.
4. Payment, pricing & refunds
The current price reflects an early access period and may increase in future for new purchasers. If you purchase at the current price, you retain lifetime access at no further cost, regardless of any future price changes. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; see our Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is handled.
This exclusion does not affect any right you may have to a remedy where the extension is found to be materially defective and not as described, where such a right cannot lawfully be excluded for a B2B transaction of this kind.
5. Third-party AI provider costs
PPH Autopilot requires you to connect your own account with an AI provider, currently OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude), using an API key you obtain directly from that provider. Usage of that provider’s AI service is billed by them, directly to you, separately from your one-off purchase of PPH Autopilot. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, the pricing, availability, or terms of service of any third-party AI provider.
6. Your account & responsibilities
You’re responsible for:
- Keeping your AI provider API key confidential and secure
- The accuracy of the profile information and bid settings you enter into the extension
- Reviewing proposals before submission where you’ve chosen to do so, and accepting responsibility for proposals submitted in Auto mode based on settings you’ve configured
- Maintaining your own PeoplePerHour account in good standing under their terms
- Any costs incurred with your AI provider through your use of the extension
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use PPH Autopilot responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the extension to:
- Submit deliberately misleading, false, or fraudulent proposals or claims about your skills or availability
- Bid on jobs you have no genuine intention or ability to deliver
- Violate PeoplePerHour’s own terms of service or acceptable use policies
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to PeoplePerHour’s systems beyond normal browsing and bidding activity
- Use the extension for any unlawful purpose
8. Your relationship with PeoplePerHour
PPH Autopilot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by PeoplePerHour. Your use of PeoplePerHour itself, including your account, your bids, your client relationships, and any disputes, is governed entirely by PeoplePerHour’s own terms of service, which you remain responsible for complying with at all times. We’re not party to, and accept no responsibility for, your use of the PeoplePerHour platform itself.
9. Intellectual property
The extension, this website, and all associated branding, designs, and code are the property of PPH Autopilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the extension as described in Section 3, it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property to you.
10. No guarantee of results
PPH Autopilot is a tool to help you find, write, and submit bids more efficiently. We do not guarantee that using the extension will result in winning any particular job, any specific volume of work, or any particular level of income. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your profile, pricing, market demand, and PeoplePerHour’s own processes.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of Chrome or every configuration of PeoplePerHour’s website, which may change without notice on their end.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPH Autopilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of clients, or loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase it.
13. Updates & changes to the service
We may update PPH Autopilot from time to time to add features, improve reliability, or accommodate changes to PeoplePerHour’s website. As part of your lifetime access purchase, these updates are included at no additional cost. We may occasionally need to make changes to keep the extension working as PeoplePerHour’s site evolves, and we’ll aim to do so without disrupting your usage where possible.
14. Termination
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use terms in Section 7, though we’ll always aim to resolve issues directly with you first wherever reasonably possible. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the extension will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch via the contact details on our website. We’re happy to clarify anything before or after you purchase.
